You decide how much service you would like to use. We offer three service levels for you to choose from: Warranty, bronze or gold. Irrespective of the level, we guarantee the elimination of dysfunctions, which have been caused by the manufacturer – at no extra costs for required spare parts. In any case you benefit from short repair duration. Our telephone hotline helps you fast and in an easy-to-understand manner, if you have questions of problems. I higher service levels we offer substitution of wear and tear spare parts at no charge and support by our customer mentor, who will be on your side on a long-term basis.
The service web portal by SOREDI
Our special service for all our customers is the service web portal. This 7/24 platform is available to you as a central and extensive source of information about all our products at SOREDI. Here you can change the standard configurations online, receive the changes by CFG file and deploy them in your devices. All updates are available on the web portal by download. In order to support you extensively we have the possibility to gather the master data from the devices. This way our team knows easily which product types in which configuration they are in service and can so react fast to your inquiries. For maximum transparency you find detailed information to production date, warranty duration or configuration of your devices.
